Katie was warm, welcoming, informative, and responsive to our needs and questions. The teachers are great and equally responsive to our needs as a family! You can truly tell they enjoy what they do and love being around children. They help and support each other throughout the day so the kids’ needs are always met. We have personal experience with how well everyone supports each other when our daughter was diagnosed with developmental hip dysplasia.

It does take a village to raise children this day in age, and am fortunate that GBH has always been with us.
They also begin more structured activities, such as learning centers and circle time. Your toddler will begin learning concepts of color and size, and will start to build their vocabulary. Teachers work with each child in a series of stimulating activities that incorporate the natural routines of feeding and play. The teacher reinforces the babies’ development without disrupting their daily schedule.
It is our mission to provide an environment that utilizes age appropriate activities to enhance the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of all children enrolled. Our program is designed to give your child the personal attention and positive reinforcement they need to excel. Our learn through play program provides a creative and stimulating environment that makes learning fun.
Many of them have been with GBH the entire time we have been there and worked with both of our children at different times. The Gingerbread House Daycare and Preschool has been a family run center for the past 30 years. In Early Childhood Education and carefully selects each staff member to ensure the highest standards of care for the children. Each teacher at our center is well trained in child development, children’s First Aid, CPR, Safe Food Handling techniques (and each teacher also undergoes a thorough background check and screening).
He impresses us daily with his speech getting better and the things he knows that we didn’t teach him. It’s always hard to separate and give this precious time with our littles to someone else but knowing how happy he is and seeing his progress definitely helps us to know we made the right choice. I have recommended GBH to all my friends, family, and coworkers, and will continue to do so for many years to come. Our daughter is 4 and has been attending Ginger Bread House for 3 years. Staff also does a great job with daily activities and occasional fun field trips for the older kids. I cannot say enough good things about Gingerbread and the teachers/ staff. My son Lincoln absolutely LOVES going there daily and runs in to give hugs. This shows us that he is getting cared for, having fun and we can tell he is learning lots!!
